Facilities
Ideal facility for dinners, parties, showers, etc. Facility rental comes with use of the kitchen, tables and chairs. Rental fee covers the weekend. A post event inspection will determine a refund on the deposit (in full or partial).
Note:
ALCOHOL POLICY:
Beer permit must be obtained from the Chief of Police at least 72 hours prior to event. Beer may only be given away and NOT SOLD.
BOYB: Bringing alcohol onto City property under a beer permit for personal consumption requires security.
SECURITY:
Renter must obtain security whenever alcohol is present. 1-100 people requires 1 officer. Over 200 people requires 2 officers. Failure to have security on premises when alcohol is present will result in the immediate shut down of event.
KEYS:
Keys to the facility will not be issued until any permit has been obtained and approved by the Chief of Police.
